Ellis A. Tarlton III, Principal

Mr. Tarlton founded Kenosia Construction Inc. in 1992 and serves as President. He is responsible for commercial construction; field operations; commercial development; and site development. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Tarlton has grown Kenosia from a small local company into a regional diversified enterprise that has tackled challenging building projects in New York and Connecticut. Whether it was adapting proprietary building techniques from European to American standards for a prototype Volkswagen dealership in New York State or building a planetarium for Western Connecticut State University to exacting scientific requirements, Mr. Tarlton has been on the cutting edge of the leading construction advancements in this area. Mr. Tarlton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Lehigh University.

Christian DaCunha, Principal

Mr. DaCunha is responsible for residential construction; field operations; and residential development. Along with Ann DaCunha, Christian founded Construction Consultants, LLC (CCLLC) in 1996 a residential development company. He managed all construction operations, including infrastructure development, construction design, and construction management. During his tenure, the company has built over 200 residential homes and condominiums in the state of Connecticut. CCLLC has recently completed a 37 unit $10 million condominium project in Danbury, CT and is currently developing a 32 home $11 million active adult community in Meriden, CT. Mr. DaCunha is a third generation builder. He received a BS in Biology from Roger Williams University.

Ellis A. Tarlton Jr., Principal

Mr. Tarlton has served as a consultant and senior advisor to the management of Kenosia Construction, Inc since 1993. Over his 45 year career in the construction industry, he has developed in excess of $250 million worth of new and renovated buildings in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts and has erected millions of square feet of steel buildings. Included among the millions of square feet of steel buildings erected are over 25 Caldor stores, 50 CVS drug stores, 15 Rite Aid drug stores, and 15 automobile dealerships. Mr. Tarlton has worked with some of the largest developers in the nation.

Christopher Paul, Principal

Mr. Paul has served as CFO of Kenosia Construction, Inc. since May 2004. He came to Kenosia after serving various roles in Duke Energy Corporation’s Corporate Finance Department, in both Houston and Charlotte. During his tenure with Duke Energy, Mr. Paul was on the acquisition team of a $265 million international acquisition; assisted the Risk Management group with commodity exposure and analyzing changes in trading strategy; and worked in the Corporate Finance Department analyzing tax and financing strategies for Duke Energy’s international and pipeline assets. Prior To Duke Energy, he served as lead associate in Griffin International and Associates, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, the corporate development arm of a private oil and trading company with revenues of over one billion dollars annually. His responsibilities included managing operations, evaluating new and existing international investments, and sourcing, trading, and supply management. In addition, he has been involved in multiple private real estate development and investment opportunities. Mr. Paul has been an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the college level for three years. Mr. Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, and a Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University.
